We carry a full selection including USDA beef, Wagyu beef, chicken, pork, lamb, and specialty meats. We also offer house-marinated carne asada, al pastor, and fresh sausages and chorizo.
All of our meats are fresh-cut daily by our in-house butchers. We do not sell frozen product at our standard counter. Some specialty items like Wagyu may be available frozen upon request.
Absolutely. Our butchers can prepare custom cuts, trim roasts, grind beef to your specification, and help you plan for large events. Just ask at the counter at any location.
We currently operate 28+ locations across California and Texas, with plans for continued expansion. Use our locations page to find the nearest store to you.
Most locations are open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Hours may vary slightly by location.
